Fifty bucks to move in to this?



I saw this today at Central and Baseline in Phoenix. Want the number? Just drive by that intersection. The box has been there for a couple of weeks now.

Not a great neighborhood, but it's close to shopping, it's on bus lines, and you do get some great mountain views.
