Where's Al Sleet When You Need Him?

A mighty wind blew through the Phoenix area today as shown in the photo below taken outside my office looking across the street around 5pm.



Kind of reminded me of an old George Carlin bit, Al Sleet, your Hippy Dippy Weatherman with all the hippy, dippy weather, man.

From his weather report: "Light breezes, 5 to 10 miles an hour, gusting up to 60 in the cyclone."

Winds didn't get quite that high, but they did put on a good show, cleared out some crud, and brought us a little of that much-needed rain we keep hoping for.
