For those very few of you in cyberspace who have been following my housing exploits on the old Phoenix Envy blog, my apologies.

I was getting so many spam comments and trackbacks that I finally had to shut the damned thing down and start up a new, more secure blog

In the process, all comments were lost as were many of the entries. Probably just as well.

Let me sum up what was there:

Oh, and if you need to hook up with a great real estate agent or property inspector, I do have a recommendation for you. Our agents really helped keep us focused and moving forward and our inspector was very sharp and efficient. Unlike most of the other people involved in this transaction, they went above and beyond.
